All the following items are available for hire at affordable long or short term rentals. Hiring may be a useful alternative to purchasing when equipment is needed for short periods only e.g. during post-operative/accident recovery at home or when longer term needs of the patient are not known or may change. Hiring of more expensive equipment may be far more affordable for the user due to easy weekly payments compared with a large single payment to purchase the item outright.

All items supplied to dealers for rental to their customers will be accompanied by a hire agreement form setting out details of the item hired and terms of the rental. Additionally, a clear and easy to complete form will be supplied to the dealer for their use and for completion by the customer.

The dealer will be charged a deposit to their account on delivery of the item which is fully refundable by credit note on satisfactory return at the end of the rental period.

All items and equipment for hire are fully inspected, checked and sanitised prior to despatch. New commode pans are sent with each rental which are non returnable for hygiene reasons.

HOW TO ORDER ANY ITEM FOR HIRE

PUBLIC:
Simply select the item needed from the Sigmobility catalogue and ask your dealer to order it for you from Sigmobility. In most cases it will be delivered to the dealer by the next working day. Your dealer will quote the rental cost and deposit needed.

DEALER:
To order any item from the following pages, simply phone Sigmobility 0800 358 6601 for same or next day delivery. Order the item needed and length of rental period required. This can always be extended by phone if necessary. At the end of the rental period phone the same number for next day collection.

For rental charges please refer to the Sigmobility price list. Retail prices are based on the most competitive current rates and exclude VAT as most mobility users will be eligible for VAT exemption. (An appropriate form for photocopying and completion by eligible patients is attached to the Sigmobility price list).
